Hoffman Harvesting

Hoffman Harvesting is owned by Perry Hoffman. They are based in Bowdle, South Dakota. They start harvest in Kiowa, Kansas and work their way up to Montana, harvesting summer crops such as wheat. They then undergo fall harvest throughout Dakota. Hoffman Harvesting only works with H2A visas. Sometimes a couple people go out early and run seeders, drilling spring crops.

Machines & Equipment

Hoffman Harvesting run 5-6 new John Deere s770 combines with 40 John flex drapers, Shelbourne strippers, pickup headers, 12 row corn heads. They have 2-3 John Deere 9R articulated tractors, running either Brent or Elmer grain carts. Hoffman Harvesting also run 10 Peterbilt's.

Accommodation & Living Conditions

Hoffman Harvesting provides accommodation by means of 3 bunk houses.
